Welcome to Vino! By downloading, installing, or using the Vino app (“App”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and Vino (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Vino or its users.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in local.
